The IP subcommittee of the House Judiciary Committee has announced a hearing on U.S. International Trade Commission patent litigation at 2:00p.m. ET on April 16. The title for the hearing is “Abusive Patent Litigation: The Issues Impacting American Competitiveness and Job Creation at the International Trade Commission and Beyond.”
