The 4th Annual IPOwners Spring Summit™ will be held virtually on April 20-21 (Tuesday-Wednesday). The conference is designed for mid to senior level attorneys with topics directly relevant to in-house counsel and information for outside counsel that will enhance relationship building and productivity with their corporate clients. The program offers two days of education sessions, keynote addresses from Daren Tang (WIPO) and Senator Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), a daily networking lounge in the IPOasis, and a special trivia networking event for attendees on April 20.
IPO will apply for 5-6 CLE credit hours.

CLE Info
We will apply for 5-6 Continuing Legal Education Information (CLE) credits for registered attendees in states allowing virtual learning CLE credit. For questions about CLE, please contact IPO Meetings.
IPO Meeting Policies
Attendee List Policy
Registration constitutes an agreement by the registrant for IPO to list the registrant’s name, organization, and location on the attendee list.
Consent to Use Photographic Images Policy
Registration and participation in IPO meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for IPO to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by April 9, 2021, will be subject to a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after April 9, 2021. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials will be available to those unable to attend who cancel on or after April 9. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. Name badge sharing or splitting is strictly prohibited.
IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
