RESOLVED, that IPO supports the USPTO’s transition to DOCX filing format, provided that the USPTO makes permanent the opportunity to file an auxiliary PDF filing that (i) will remain a part of the permanent application record and (ii) may be relied upon if a discrepancy occurs.
