Tomorrow, Congress returns to Washington from its 2-week spring break. On Wednesday, President Obama will send his proposed 2014 budget to Congress. The budget will include spending recommendations for IP-related government agencies. It may also provide more information about the effects of “sequestration” on IP-related agencies for the rest of the government’s fiscal year 2013, which ends September 30.
