U.S. Patent Law Committee
The committee will advise the President, the Executive Director and the Board of Directors of IPO regarding changes to United States patent law. The committee will monitor U.S. case law and proposed legislative initiatives and will proactively submit recommendations that would protect and/or strengthen United States patent law. The committee will also educate IPO members regarding the potential impact of such cases and legislation.
