Wellness Committee
The Wellness Committee aims to promote mental health awareness, provide support resources, and foster a culture of well-being within our practice and the organization. The Committee works to create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing mental health issues and accessing necessary resources.
Objectives include:
- Raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing stigma.
Providing resources and support for mental wellness. - Organizing events and activities and creating a community that promotes mental health.
- Promoting policies that support mental wellness in the workplace.
- Collaborating with other IPO Committees on synergistic projects and programs.
*We are not mental health professionals and cannot provide medical advice. Our goal is to enhance awareness and provide resources for support.
