Software Related Inventions Committee
The Committee will advise IPO’s President, Executive Director, and Board of Directors regarding legal issues relating to software, and other computer-implemented inventions, including AI related inventions. The Committee’s focus will include judicial decisions, proposed legislation, and regulatory practices in the United States, Europe and other countries and geographies. The Committee will take a holistic view, partnering as appropriate with other committees, to study and recommend changes to the laws governing software.
