Join IPO on 7 March 2019 for the 2nd Annual IPOwners Spring Summit™ at the Hyatt Regency in Austin, TX. The one day summit focuses on corporate IP best practices and offers concurrent educational tracks for outside and inside counsel, corporate-only networking opportunities, and outside counsel workshops on collaborating with in-house attorneys. A corporate only reception will be held on 6 March 2019, prior to the Summit.
– Registration Fees –
Corporate IPO Member Rate: $400
Law Firm IPO Member Rate: $600
Non-Member Rate: $1,000
– Attendee List –
In order to be listed on the Attendee List, you must be fully registered as of Monday, 25 February 2019. Anyone who registers after this time will be listed on the Final Attendee List, which will be available on the website after the meeting.
– Consent to use Photographic Images –
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IPO meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for IPO to use and distribute (both now and in the future), the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.
– Cancellation Policy –
Cancellations received by Friday, 15 February 2019 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after 16 February 2019. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials will be available to those unable to attend, but who cancel on or after 16 February. IPO regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. Name badge sharing or splitting is strictly prohibited.
