IPO, through its Industrial Designs Committee, in collaboration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Polsinelli, is co-hosting a webinar series: Design Patents: The Secret Weapon. In this four-part webinar, design patent owners, members of IPO’s Industrial Designs Committee, USPTO examiners, the USPTO Regional Directors, and the Director of the Design Unit at the USPTO will discuss why design patents are a strong value add to any portfolio.
