Topics include developments regarding WIPO Treaty on Genetic Resources & Traditional Knowledge; developments in Supplementary Protection Certificates & Bolar Exemption; and UPC & National Case Law Review in Life Sciences. There is no cost to attend, but advance registration is required. Cancellation Policies
Contact (meetings@ipo.org) no later 5:00pm ET on June 2, 2025 to cancel your registration. Any cancellation received after June 2, 2025 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after June 3, 2025. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials will be sent to those unable to attend, but who cancel on or after June 3, 2025. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Any fees associated with the cancellation of travel or housing reservations are the exclusive responsibility of conference attendees. IPO regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
