IPO SUBMITS COMMENTS TO CNIPA ON DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO THE MEASURES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF PATENT PRIORITY EXAMINATION
Last week IPO President JOHN CHEEK (Tenneco LLC) submitted comments on behalf of IPO to the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) on its “Draft Amendments to the Measures for the Administration of Patent Priority Examination.” IPO’s comments state it “commend[s] CNIPA for the attention it is giving to updating its guidelines for the prioritized examination of patents” and offers suggested revisions to 11 of the Draft’s articles.
