On Thursday, the Acting U.S. Secretary of Commerce, REBECCA BLANK, will testify on the Commerce Department’s 2014 budget at a hearing of the Commerce, Justice, Science Subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee. The hearing will be in 2359 Rayburn at 1:30p.m. ET.
