Yesterday U.S. Senator MAX BAUCUS (D-Montana) announced that he will not run for reelection when his term expires in 2014. Baucus is chairman of the powerful Senate Finance Committee. He has been a strong force in the Senate for 34 years on a host of matters including not only tax reform, his biggest issue currently, but also international trade and several IP-related issues.
