IPO did not arrange a block of rooms. Attendees should make their hotel arrangements on their own. IPO recommends booking a room at the New Otani Hotel in Tokyo. Transportation to the meetings will leave from this location.
IPO will not be providing breakfast. Attendees are on their own for breakfast each day. The IPO delegation will select a restaurant to meet at in the mornings for breakfast before departing for the day. Rates will vary depending on room type and whether breafkast is included. Rates begin at approximately $225USD for single occupancy in “The Main” building.

Cancellation Policies
Contact (meetings@ipo.org) no later 5:00pm ET on May 18, 2026 to cancel your registration. Any cancellation received after May 18, 2026 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after May 19, 2026. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Any fees associated with the cancellation of travel or housing reservations are the exclusive responsibility of conference attendees. IPO regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
