There will be an informal gathering the evening of Wednesday, May 27th from 18:00 onwards for all IPO meeting attendees who wish to join. More information will be provided in an email to all registered attendees.

Cancellation Policies
Contact (meetings@ipo.org) no later 5:00pm ET on May 13, 2026 to cancel your registration. Any cancellation received after May 13, 2026 will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after May 14, 2026. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials will be sent to those unable to attend, but who cancel on or after May 14, 2026. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Any fees associated with the cancellation of travel or housing reservations are the exclusive responsibility of conference attendees. IPO regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
