RESOLVED, that IPO supports in concept the inclusion of trademarks, service marks and trade names in the definition of intellectual property in the Bankruptcy Code, in circumstances where the trustee, debtor or acceptable designee agrees to assume the contractual obligation to monitor and control the quality of the licensed product or service.
