In order to receive the IPO group rate, reservations must be made directly with the hotel by Friday, 31 August or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.\u00a0 IPO’s\u00a0group rate is $274\/night plus taxes for a single\/double room.\u00a0 You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to the check-in date.\u00a0 Cancellations or no shows after 72 hours prior to check in date will result in a charge of one night’s stay.

This practice, also known as \u201croom pirating\u201d, is a scam that all IPO members and Annual Meeting attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information.\u00a0 Hotel poachers will claim to be an IPO \u201cpartner\u201d or the \u201cofficial housing company\u201d and will sometimes ask that your room be paid in full, up front. \u00a0A one-night deposit isn\u2019t enough; they want it all and for every room you book, when you book.
