For instance, an Internet of Things or 5G mobile network can only be built using standards that are licensed at rates that are fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND). Yet traditional jurisprudence has shown itself problematic for disputes involving SEPs.<\/p>\n<p>This webinar will consider the impact of recent developments with SEPs in China, Korea, Japan, and India.
