Software is protected under copyright law as a \u201cliterary work.\u201d Software developers need to decide whether they want to copyright every revision of a program or just major releases. IP lawyers need to sort out issues involving work by coding contractors, how much and what to redact in submissions to the Copyright Office, and how to involve the software engineers who are a necessary part of the process.<\/p>\n<p>Speakers:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">J.
