This year, the trip will take place in Beijing. The room rate is available until September 26, 2016 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Flights<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Attendees are responsible for making their own flight arrangement to and from China. However, IPO will provide bus transportation throughout the meeting to and from the meetings to the host hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #000000;\">VISA Invitation Letters<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">IPO is working with an organization in China who\u00a0will be issuing VISA invitation letters to all attendees who register by September 2\u00a0for IPO&#8217;s Fact-Finding Trip to China. \u00a0\u00a0Please enter your information on your registration form if you require an invitation letter.
