Cox Communications, Inc.<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>On November 20, Magistrate Judge TURNOFF in the Southern District of Florida recommended denying the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees. (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/net-talk.pdf\">Net Talk.com, Inc. v. magicJack Vocaltec Ltd.<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>On November 24, Magistrate Judge SPAUDLING in the Middle District of Florida recommended denying the accused infringer\u2019s renewed motion for attorney fees. (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/sweepstakes.pdf\">Sweepstakes Patent Company, LLC v. Burns<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>On November 25, Judge STEWART in the District of Utah denied the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees. (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/orrbit.pdf\">Orbit Irrigation Products, Inc. v. Sunhills International, LLC<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>On November 30, Judge STEWART in the District of Utah awarded $220,000 in attorney fees to the patent owner. (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/orbit2.pdf\">Orbit Irrigation Products, Inc. v. Sunhills International, LLC<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>On November 30, Magistrate Judge RYU in the Northern District of California denied the patent owner\u2019s motion for attorney fees. (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/aat.pdf\">AAT Bioquest, Inc. v. Texas Fluorescence Laboratories, Inc.<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>On December 1, Judge MIDDLEBROOKS in the Southern District of Florida granted $684,000 in attorney fees to the accused infringer. (<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/advancedground.pdf\">Advanced Ground Information Systems, Inc. v. Life360, Inc.<\/a><\/em>)<\/p>\n<p>On December 4, Judge NUGENT in the Northern District of Ohio denied the patent owner\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/healthspot.pdf\">Healthspot, Inc. v. Computerized Screening, Inc.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 4, Judge MIDDLEBROOKS in the Southern District of Florida granted $5.3 million in attorney fees to the accused infringer.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/apotex.pdf\">Apotex, Inc. v. UCB, Inc.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 9, Judge ROGERS in the Northern District of California denied the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/angioscore.pdf\">AngioScore, Inc. v. TriReme Medical, Inc.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 9, Judge MCKINNEY in the Southern District of Indiana denied the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/endotach.pdf\">Endotach LLC v. Cook Medical Inc.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 10, Judge MILLER in the Southern District of Texas denied the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/tde.pdf\">TDE Petroleum Data Solutions, Inc. v. AKM Enterprise, Inc.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 11, Judge SABRAW in the Southern District of California granted the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.<em>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/digital-empire.pdf\">Digital Empire Ltd. v. Compal Electronics, Inc.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 14, Judge MCMAHON in the Southern District of New York awarded over $500,000 in attorney fees to the accused infringer.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/advanced.pdf\">Advanced Video Technologies LLC v. HTC Corp.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 17, Judge GILSTRAP in the Eastern District of Texas granted the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/edekka.pdf\">eDekka LLC v. 3balls.com, Inc.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 21, Judge GILSTRAP in the Eastern District of Texas denied the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/mears.pdf\">Mears Technology, Inc. v. Finisar Corp.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>On December 22, Special Master COHEN in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania recommended granting $3.9 million in attorney fees to the accused infringer.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/alzheimers.pdf\">Alzheimer\u2019s Institute of America, Inc. v.
