On July 1, Judge ANDREWS in the District of Delaware granted the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0Vehicle Operation Technologies LLC v. Ford Motor Company<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n

On July 2 the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in a nonprecedential opinion reversed a decision of the Southern District of Ohio in which the district court granted attorney fees to the accused infringer.\u00a0Buckhorn Inc. v. Orbis Corp.<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n

On July 10, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the decision of the Eastern District of Texas to deny the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0SFA Systems, LLC v. Newegg Inc.<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n
