Nintendo Co.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 2, Judge MIDDLEBROOKS in the Southern District of Florida denied a motion by the defendant for an award of attorney fees.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/odorstar-tech.pdf\"><i>Odorstar Technology LLC. v. SMM Distributors, LLC<\/i><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On March 5, Magistrate Judge PAYNE in the Eastern District of Texas on\u00a0<i>sua sponte <\/i>reconsideration denied attorney fees to the defendant.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/calypso.pdf\">Calypso Wireless, Inc. v. T-Mobile USA Inc.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 5, Judge WRIGHT in the Central District of California denied attorney fees to the plaintiff.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/sundesa.pdf\">Sundesa, LLC v. Harrison-Daniels, Inc.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 5, Judge ADELMAN in the Eastern District of Wisconsin denied attorney fees to the defendants.<i>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/aero-stream.pdf\">Aero-Stream, LLC v. Septicairaid, LLC<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 9, Judge WILKEN in the Northern District of California awarded the defendant attorney fees in an amount to be determined.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/digital-reg.pdf\">Digital Reg of Texas, LLC v. Adobe Systems, Inc.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 10, Judge GODBEY in the Northern District of Texas awarded the plaintiff about $45,000 in attorney fees.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/dehns.pdf\">Dehn\u2019s Innovations LLC v. Cleanblastor LLC<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 10, Judge GUILFORD in the Central District of California awarded the defendant attorney fees in an amount to be set after additional briefing.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/universal-electronics.pdf\">Universal Electronics, Inc. v. Universal Remote Control, Inc.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 11, Judge ILLSTON in the Northern District of California awarded the defendant about $5.3 million in attorney fees and $221,000 in costs.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Kilopas.pdf\">Kilopass Technology, Inc. v. Sidense Corp.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 13, Judge BUMB in the District of Delaware adopted a magistrate judge\u2019s recommendation to grant the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees but reserved decision on the recommended amount of $5,761,936.79.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/BAYER-CROPSCIENCE-AG.pdf\"><i>Bayer CropScience AG v. Dow Agrosciences LLC<\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On March 16, Judge STEWART in the District of Utah denied the patent owner\u2019s motion for attorney fees in a declaratory judgment suit.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/WATERTON-POLYMER.pdf\"><i>Waterton Polymer Products USA v. Edizone<\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On March 16, Judge GUILFORD in the Central District of California denied the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees in a declaratory judgment suit.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Collectors-Universe-Inc.-v.-Blake.pdf\"><i>Collectors Universe, Inc. v. Blake<\/i><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On March 19, Judge TEILBORG in the District of Arizona denied the patent owner\u2019s motion for attorney fees in a declaratory judgment suit.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/kramer.pdf\">Kramer v. Creative Compounds LLC<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 20, Judge BRYSON in the Eastern District of Texas denied the accused infringer\u2019s motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/dietgoal.pdf\">DietGoal Innovations LLC v. Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 23, Judge GUILFORD in the Central District of California on\u00a0<i>sua sponte<\/i>\u00a0consideration deferred ruling on a motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/labyrinth.pdf\">Labyrinth Optical Technologies LLC v. Alcatel-Lucent USA, Inc.<\/a><\/i><\/p>\n<p>On March 25, Judge FITZGERALD in the Central District of California denied the accused infringer\u2019s renewed motion for attorney fees.\u00a0<i><a href=\"https:\/\/ipo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/smartmetric.pdf\">SmartMetric, Inc. v.
