Pulse Electronics, Inc.<\/a> 13-1472 &#8212; Last week in a precedential order the Federal Circuit denied Halo\u2019s petition for <i>en banc<\/i> rehearing.\u00a0 Halo\u2019s patents claimed surface mount electronic packages.
