A one-day conference organized by IPO\u2019s ITC Committee. The program, directed to in-house counsel, will cover Section 337 investigations by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and will examine the latest developments in Section 337 litigation.\u00a0 This class will offer overviews of Section 337 investigations, aimed at introducing the agency and identifying the differences from actions brought in a district court.\u00a0 Through a series of in-depth modules attendees will build their understanding of current strategy and tactics, as well as brush up on basic practice points.<\/p>\n
