Mandarin Oriental<\/a>

IPO’s group rate ended Feb. 12. You can still make a reservation directly with the Mandarin Oriental, but it may not be at the IPO group rate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

IPO has reserved a block of rooms at the Mandarin Oriental DC, where the conference is taking place. In order to receive the IPO group rate, reservations must be made directly with the hotel by Wednesday, February 12, 2020 or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Reference the \u201cIntellectual Property Owners Association\u201d when making your reservation to obtain the group rate of $395\/night plus taxes.<\/p>\n

**PLEASE NOTE<\/strong>** The night of March 3rd is sold out in our room block. If you select March 3rd in the reservation link, it will tell you there are no rooms available for your stay. We have rooms avaialable on March 4-6. If you require the night of March 3rd, there are a few hotels within a 10 minute taxi ride.<\/span><\/p>\n

IPO MEETING POLICIES<\/h4>\n

Attendee List policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration constitutes agreement by registrant for IPO to list registrants name, organization, and location on the attendee list (paper and electronic). Anyone that registers after\u00a0Friday, August 30 2019\u00a0will be listed on the Final Attendee List, which will be available on the mobile app after the meeting.<\/p>\n

Consent to Use Photographic Images Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IPO meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for IPO to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the registrant\u2019s or attendee\u2019s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cancellations received by February 14, 2020, will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after February 5, 2020. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials via the mobile app will be available to those unable to attend who cancel on or after February 5. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. Name badge sharing or splitting is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.
