Cancellation Policy<\/b><\/p>\n

Contact (meetings@ipo.org<\/a>) no later 5:00pm ET 3 weeks prior to the date of the meeting to cancel your registration. Any cancellation received before 3 weeks of the meeting date will be subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after 3 weeks to the meeting date. These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. Course materials will be sent to those unable to attend, but who cancel on or after 3 weeks before the meeting date. If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee. Any fees associated with the cancellation of travel or housing reservations are the exclusive responsibility of conference attendees. IPO regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.<\/p>\n

IPO attendees are asked to follow all German COVID-19 travel policies and quarantine guidelines, and policies of the meeting venue. Please check current CDC Covid-19 guidelines and travel restrictions for Germany and your origin country:<\/p>\n
