\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Cancellation Policy \u2013
\n<\/strong>Cancellations received by\u00a0<\/span>Friday,\u00a031 August 2018<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>will be subject to a $100 processing fee. \u00a0No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after 1 September 2018. \u00a0These deadlines for cancellation apply to all registrants. \u00a0Course materials via the mobile app will be available to those unable to attend, but who cancel on or after 1 September 2018. \u00a0IPO regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. \u00a0If a registrant is unable to attend, another person may substitute upon written request. \u00a0Please note that fees are not transferable to another IPO meeting. \u00a0Name badge sharing or splitting is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

IPO reserves the right to cancel this event without liability, and the total amount of any and all liability of the organizers will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.\u00a0 any fees associated with cancellation of travel or housing reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the conference attendees.<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Attendee List \u2013<\/strong>
\nRegistration constitutes agreement by registrant for IPO to list attendees name, organization, and location on the attendee list (paper and electronic).\u00a0 The Attendee List will be available on our mobile app for other registered attendees to view.\u00a0 The mobile app will be available approximately 1-2 weeks prior to the meeting.
\nNOTE:\u00a0 Beware of attendee list scams.\u00a0<\/span> IPO does not make the Annual Meeting Attendee List available to the public.\u00a0 If anyone other than IPO claims to be able to provide a current attendee list, do NOT accept. Please note that all Registered Attendees will received emailed instructions on how to access the Attendee List once it becomes available.<\/p>\n

\u2013\u00a0<\/span>Consent to use Photographic Images \u2013\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>
\nRegistration and attendance at, or participation in, IPO meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant for IPO to use and distribute (both now and in the future), the registrant or attendee\u2019s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.<\/p>\n
