IPO members, help recruit new Corporate, Law Firm, and Service Provider members, and receive one of the following prizes for each new member recruited!<\/p>\n

For each Corporate<\/strong> member recruited, choose one of the following:<\/span>
\n\u2022 One complimentary registration to a future IPO meeting
\n\u2022 Two complimentary nights in the hotel room block during the IPO Annual Meeting (limited availability and should be reserved at least two months before the meeting)
\n\u2022 $500 off your next membership renewal<\/p>\n

For each Law Firm<\/strong> member recruited, choose one of the following:<\/span>
\n\u2022 One complimentary registration to a future IPO meeting
\n\u2022 Two complimentary nights in the hotel room block during the IPO Annual Meeting (limited availability and should be reserved at least two months before the meeting)
\n\u2022 $500 off your next membership renewal<\/p>\n

For each Service Provider<\/strong> member recruited, choose one of the following:<\/span>
\n\u2022 $500 off your next membership renewal<\/p>\n

There are two ways to participate in the Recruiting Challenge:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1) Reach out directly to your colleague and invite them to join, or
\n2) Refer them for membership through our secure Membership Referral Form<\/a> and IPO\u2019s director of membership will send them a personal invitation to join on your behalf.<\/p>\n

If you are reaching out directly, we have sample emails and material<\/a> to support your outreach including an offer to add three free additional months to their first year of membership.<\/p>\n

Starting with this year’s campaign, we will maintain a recruiter leaderboard and will periodically update the IPO membership and leadership on who is helping grow IPO. The leader at the end of the Recruiting Challenge will be crowned the reigning recruiting champ and will receive an additional prize!<\/p>\n

Additional Information about the IPO Recruiting Challenge:<\/strong><\/span>
\n\u2022 Prizes will be issued after a new membership has been processed and paid.
\n\u2022 There can only be one prize awarded per new member.
\n\u2022 There is no limit on the number of members you can recruit.
\n\u2022 Prizes do not expire and can be transferred to another IPO member.
\n\u2022 Only IPO members can be a recruiter.
\n\u2022 Former members can be recruited.
\n\u2022 The recruiter and new member cannot come from the same company or firm. (You cannot be your own recruiter.)
